Hello, one of the user of our cameras displays this specific UI difference. It sends him to the configuration management menu after a few seconds when the user logs in but without the options and i can't go back to the layout menu. When i logging with my user i can see the menu, layouts and ability to minimize the window like normal. What is the cause of this problem? I am happy to provide further information if needed.

I am currently working on my bachelors thesis about the potentials of AI Video Analytics for event scenarios. I am specifically interested in how well they work and the false alarm rates. It would help me alot, if anyone has some numbers or experiences to share. Thanks and Regards

HI, recently migrated from windows to linux. the bosch VIDEOJET multi 4000 is stated as supported, but there is no dirver / option for this device in the linux platfrom of axxon. One needs to re add the device as ONVIF 2.X 16_channel_generic. Is there a way to change the device driver and type on import of restore, or from the axxon client ? We did try this but the settings didn't stick, it kept reverting the device to Bosch VIP X16 XF E. If anyone knows a solution here to keep the config in tacked but change the device so its support that be amazing, Thanks, ben.

Hello. From my experience the warning you get is always presented in virtual environments, because VM does not emulate OpenGL capabilities in full scale. Please note: if product can't detect necessary OpenGL capablities, they will be emulated by CPU, and it may result into high CPU consumption (even when configuration is small, and no "heavy" analytics involved). Black screen after enabling VM hardware acceleration is another question, but I can't offer a quick answer here. Dear Sirs, I've installed this version on windows 11 virtualbox 7.1.8 guest but at start it says: Pc hardware doesn't satisfy requiremens But if I click "proceed anyway" software starts correctly and it seems to work properly. Instead if I add the setting flag for 3d acceleration the axxon start but only a black screen view is shown. No way to go in setup.

I am trying to arm and disarm a camera with the gRPC protocol. So far I succeeded to enable and disable a camera but I have no idea how I can arm and disarm a camera. Should I use the ChangeConfigRequest and directly change the config of the video channel?

Solved with a trick, named multiple layout as "default user1", "default user2", then shared with users, make a query each time to get the currentid if the name contain default. BR

Hi Van Shev, may I ask how to retrieve current user default layout? I share my postman collection as it would be self explanatory. I can successfully switch layout when I know the id, but in case multiple user should have a different predefined default layout? is there some trick to pass as id : "defaultuserlayout"? Hi Martedi Who did you talk to about this? Please give me contact. Because as I know HID key doesn't use any data about OS. The license file contains data on basic hardware configuration (motherboard, processor, hard disk, video adapter, RAM, and network card) of all Servers. If you change any 2 of the basic hardware components, your license will be invalid. For example, this is the case when you change both CPU and motherboard. However, changing a graphics card or upgrading RAM will not affect the license.

Hi Martedi if you use hardware guardant to bind the license then there should be no problems, But if you use system HID then need speak about licesne with you sales representative.
