the axxonnet says "ERROR WHILE WORKING WITH AXXONNET" with nothing i can see in the logs

direct connections on the app just says "authorization problem"

does anyone have any ideas?

I need to change the default PostgreSQL username and password for my Axxon One installation. I am hesitant to use pgAdmin 4 directly because I don't want to break the link between the VMS and the database, which is critical for the system's integrated security features.

Does AxxonSoft provide a specific Utility for this, or is there a step-by-step guide in the Axxon One Setup Checklist for re-configuring the database connection strings?

Is there a way to change the device driver and type on import of restore, or from the axxon client ? 
We did try this but the settings didn't stick, it kept reverting the device to Bosch VIP X16 XF E.

If anyone knows a solution here to keep the config in tacked but change the device so its support that be amazing,

Requesting the web api of a Windows 11 client: both http://127.0.0.1:8888 and http://ipaddress:8888 return connection refused.

From admin command line I've done:

I've enabled HTTPS with a xca self signed certificate on server, this could affect also the client and mobile connection?

I've installed this version on windows 11 virtualbox 7.1.8 guest but at start it says:

Pc hardware doesn't satisfy requiremens

But if I click "proceed anyway" software starts correctly and it seems to work properly.

Instead if I add the setting flag for 3d acceleration the axxon start but only a black screen view is shown.

No way to go in setup.

we're trying the demo license on a linux box installation via apt went fine, now we would like to test this:

1) detect plate from a list > Detection Tools > Licence plate VT: but no veicle caterory is shown

2) start a scrip on the server > Programming > General execute external application on server: but a red arrow is shown and cannot insert the path of executable.

I realized that I can only set the activity times weekly (Monday to Sunday) but it doesn't allow me to make a rule monthly.

For example, if I plan an activity for the whole year, how do I set a single rule for Christmas, New Year and other holidays?

For now I can only set the weekly work hourly activities.

Can anyone help me?

I update my Axxon One software 1.0.4.65 to 2.0.0.188. Works evrithing except the analitics (Face recognition and LPR recognition).

I update the Detector pack and addons to version 3.11.1.124.

I use VA face recognition module and VT LPR module.

I try delet the detector and crate again, but don't solve the problem.

What can I do?

I wrote a very long macro command in Programing menu to a camera analytic.

How can I copy this macro to another camera?
