2) start a scrip on the server > Programming > General execute external application on server: but a red arrow is shown and cannot insert the path of executable.

Linux demo 6.1.0-29-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.123-1 (2025-01-02) x86_64 GNU/Linux
In device it shows that the License Plate VT should be availabe:

https://docs.axxonsoft.com/confluence/display/one20en/Licensing+of+the+software+module+for+the+License+Plate+Recognition+VT+in+Linux+OS

Are these license steps needed too in demo mode or the problem is the cpu/gpu missing capabilities ( product: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1185G7 @ 3.00GHz  the GPU is integrate Intel Iris Xe Graphics)?

Thanks, BR

Hello.

Most likely, you haven't installed Detectors Pack VT addon.

Please check it via

dpkg -l | grep detector

As per my example above, only basic DetectorsPack is installed.

Please also pay attention to DetPack version - basic pack version and addon version must match.

Relevant DetPack release and VT addon can be downloaded here:

https://www.axxonsoft.com/support/downloads/detector-pack

Earlier versions can be downloaded here:

https://www.axxonsoft.com/support/downloads/archive/archive-detector-pack

I would also like to remind you that Axxonsoft technical support (Service Desk) can be reached here: https://support.axxonsoft.dev/

Andrew.

According to the docs, custom script you wish to run, should be placed into <Axxon One installation directory>\UserScripts\ folder.

For linux the path is /opt/AxxonSoft/AxxonOne/UserScripts

Then you will be able to select the file via Executable files dropbox
