currently im unable to use axxonnet or setup a direct connection to my axxonone vms

 

the axxonnet says "ERROR WHILE WORKING WITH AXXONNET" with nothing i can see in the logs

 

direct connections on the app just says "authorization problem"

 

does anyone have any ideas?
