The full article: Testing video capture cards Check whether the video capture cards driver is installed in the Device Manager (Start – Control Panel – Device Manager). You can install or update the driver, if necessary. For the FX-4 and FX-8 cards proper operation in Axxon PSIM, you need to install the KB3033929 and KB3004394 updates.
