The IP device setup peculiarities are given in the list of integrated devices in the Note column. The full article: IP device configuration in the Windows OS Check the IP device connection parameters on the settings panel of the Camera object: whether the device type is being chosen correctly and the connection IP address, login, password and port are being specified.
